All rugs are beaten in our rug beater or vacuumed to loosen and remove dirt embedded within the carpet. Second, we pretreat known and unknown stains to prepare for a thorough wash in our automatic washer. Using a mild detergent and water that is pH tested, we wash your rug several times and then rinse with gallons and gallons of water to flush away all the dirt and grit. Third, the clean Oriental is moved to a climate controlled dry room for timed drying. Finally, our quality control supervisor inspects your rug or carpet before leaving the facility.

Tips for Protecting Your Investment
- Padding - A necessary item to add life and protection to your fine Oriental rug and carpet.
- Vacuum - Always vacuum at least once a week.
- Pile Distortion - Vacuum pile in one direction to prevent shading.
- Fringe - Never vacuum the fringe, as it could cause unraveling and deterioration.
- Spills - Clean spills by blotting with a white cloth.
- Traffic Soils - Abrasive materials that can wear down fibers.
- Fading - Protect against the sun's harmful rays by closing the blinds and draperies and rotating the rug for equal exposure.
When cleaning frequent stains, use each of the cleaning agents of Urine Off and One Step Stain and Odor Remover. Follow the instructions on their labels until the stain is removed. Several applications may be required. Remember that not all spots and stains can be removed.
